ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader and former Senator, Dr. Shahzad Waseem has expressed heartfelt grief over the death of Norwegian and Philippines Ambassadors in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) helicopter crash.

In a statement issued here on Friday, Dr. Shahzad Waseem said that he feels deep grief over sudden and accidental death of Norwegian and Philippines ambassadors, Leif H. Larsen and Domingo D. Lucenario along with the wives of the envoys of Malaysia and Indonesia and two piolets when a helicopter of Pakistan Army crashed in Naltar valley of GB.

He paid rich tributes to the services of Leif H. Larsen and Domingo D. Loucenario for enhancing the bilateral ties of their respective countries with Pakistan and promoting people to people contact.

Dr. Shahzad Waseem condoled with the bereaved families and he prayed for early recovery of the injured of the incident.
